You may return most new, unread, and undamaged physical books purchased from zolosol.com within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The book must be in the same condition that you received it – new, unread, and free from any damage, marks, or signs of wear.
  • Original Packaging: Where applicable (e.g., shrink-wrapped sets or special editions), the book should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) you are returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item received). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. In these specific cases, Zolosol will cover the return shipping costs. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
